I'm convinced were going to find out that Snape is a lot deeper than many
of us give him credit for. I can see him as a credible double agent,
and we won't know which side he is really on until Book 7. (And maybe
not even then!) The consensus is building that he has become one of the
good guys, and that in itself is enough to make me suspicious of him. The
expected never seems to occur in the Harry Potter universe!
