Like the Wolfsbane Potion, which, Lupin states, didn't exist when he
was bitten by the werewolf OR even while he was a student at Hogwarts -
it seems that, like the muggle world, witches & wizards are inventing
new things all the time (as seen by the Weasley's products (especially
those Canary Charms))
