Hello, I haven't posted before, but I couldn't resist this one. I had
wondered the same thing briefly but then reasoned that being imbued with
magic, an experienced wizard would "feel" that it was a portkey... with
perhaps an anti-muggle spell that would make it feel slimy or something
to that effect if it was touched by anyone BUT a wizard to prevent some
poor muggle from being pulled to the World Cup by mistake.
