I'm writing a trilogy of Oz books in which Veela appear -- They are a
"splinter group" of Queen Zurline's band of Wood Nymphs who "defected"
because they objected to Zurline's attempts to put an end to fairy-mortal
carnal relations in Oz and other fairylands. I also reveal that the
Adepts of Sorcery from the "canonical" _Glinda of Oz_ are the daughters
of the Queen of the Veela.
