Remember- Dragons are so magical that it takes numerous wizards in order
to stun them. It only folows that the fire of such a powerfull creature
would pack a much bigger "Whallop" than a regular fire. A Freezing charm
is probably way too weak to have much affect on a Dragons fire. (IMHO)

Re Dragons and Parseltongue
Rowling describes the dragons as being quite Lizard like- and lizards
are distinctly different than snakes. I think she is going to keep
Parseltongue snake specific, and not let it overlap into all scaly
critters.
