Shouldn't it be a thunderbird feather? I don't think eagles meet wizard
criteria for being magical creatures.

Btw, does anyone know of any magical critters that are venomous and cause
earthquakes? The serpent whose venom drips onto the chained Loki, causing
him to writhe in pain, which in turn agitates the lava resting above him,
so that it burps up from the volcanic caldera, could marginally qualify
except it doesn't have any generic name that I know of.
