I just read that Fiona Shaw is to play Petunia Dursley. See

I'm beginning to find these articles on Daniel, Emma, and Rupert very
funny. Everyone mentions how Daniel cried when he found out he had gotten
the part. Sounds just like the work of Rita Skeeter......
