Having 4 boys, 3 who are in love with the book I think I can answer
this. Yes they will want toys based on the book. There are lots of toys
based on books out there. Mostly for sale at bookstores and educational
toystores but they sell. My oldest has made some of his own toys, he was
Harry Potter for Halloween. But he would love a computer game based on
the book. And I know the littler ones would love a stuffed doll. I don't
think it is a matter of having everything provided for them, I know mine
use their imaginations most of the time. But they enjoy having toys of
their favorite things, whether it is from a movie, book or just general
type toys like cars.
