What you need;
1 Anakin Skywalker (Tatooine) action figure
1 pair scale glasses (ask at hobby shops)
Flat red, yellow, blue and black paint
Flexible putty
Small Broom (try craft stores)

What you do;
1. Remove the tail of Anakin's tunic.
2. Sand down the torso until all clothing detail is gone.
3. Use the putty to build up the legs until they take on a straight
line. If desired, fill the leg joints- it'll look more realistic but
the legs won't move. Sand smooth and add "jeans" details.
5. Paint the pants blue, the shirt yellow, the hair black (with a bit
of yellow not quite mixed in)
6. Stick the glasses on with superglue.
7. Paint red stripes on the shirt, stand him up next to the broom.
