Yes, Haley Joel Osment is a delightful little boy and a very good
actor. However, he is just not Harry Potter.

But don't worry about the film's prospective audience. With the publicity
it's already getting, and with kids going to see it 3 and 4 times,
I'm sure it will do just fine.
