I have read the first 3 books a kazillion times and there is no one named
Puja Patil. Parvati's twin is never mentioned again after the sorting in
Book 1. I would bet my new copy of Goblet of Fire which I will purchase
at 12:01 next Friday night on it. However, Madam Pomfrey's first name is
definitely Poppy. McGonagall calls her that towards the beginning of PoA,
when Harry and Hermione first get to Hogwarts and are in McGonagall's
office. Page 89 of the Scholastic edition: "It was a dementor, Poppy."
