Sorry for the offensive terminology, but I was just wondering about
half-Muggle half-magic people. I was just reminded that Seamus Finnigan,
who was raised a wizard and had often flown a broom before arriving at
Hogwart's, had Muggle dad and witch mum, as did Tom Riddle. Do we know
of anyone who had Muggle mother and wizard father?

I was wondering whether half-and-half people are muggle or magic depending
on what their mother was.
