Ahh.. yes. You should hear their explanation for how Rowling got a hold
of the book. One winding theory was that it was displayed at a toy fair
in Germany... and then there was one of the British bookstores at this
fair... and it is possible that JKR might have gone to this bookstore....

Give me a break!

And when asked what kind of settlement would be
acceptable... Well.. Ms. Stouffer would like to have her book on a
level playing field.... She wants to have her stuff marketed... she,
of course, will need some money to do that .... and oh yes... the death
threats need to stop.

I sure hope they do not settle with her.
