If McGonagall was to die how upset would Hagrid be? Do people think that
he does fancy her? Does she like him? I am basing these questions on the
fact that she blushes when he kisses her at the Christmas dinner in PS.

"I hope not, but I've thought of who might replace her as Transfigurations
professor (if my theory is correct). How does Professor Crookshanks
sound? I'm still convinced he's an animagus."

I am sure he is just one very clever cat. If he could work out the Black
was not a dog then I would guess that Black would be able to work out
if he was an animagus. However he could have left Crookshanks as some
sort of protection for Harry, if he is really a wizard. I just cant
understand why he hasn't revealed this secret if he is a wizard.
