If you use Outlook Express, all you need to do is right-click on the
image and (rename it)save it to:
C:...Program files....Common files....Microsoft shared....stationery.
Then open your Outlook Express and go to Tools...options....compose. Then
under "stationery" click on "create new", hit "next", click on "browse"
and go find the file that you saved. Open the list next to "tile"
and click on "entire page". Then next and choose the font and size you
want. Next again. Hit the up arrow next to "Left Margin" until it gets
past the image and hit the "top margin" arrow once.
Next, name it and "finish".
Under "stationery" put a check next to mail, hit "select" and find the
stationery that you just named. Highlight it, OK, OK. Then it should be
there when you click on New Mail.

I made it using Paint Shop Pro.
