In other book groups I'm in, the usual procedure is for someone to write
a short summary of the Chapter events, and then everyone can leap in with
their theories and comments. Then you either continue the discussion
until you've exhausted the topic (HAH!), or else we allocate one week
per chapter. It would be up to our ListMom to determine the starting
date. Various people usually volunteer to do the summaries. Sometimes
multiple versions of the chapter summary occur, and it's always
interesting to see how many different ways people can emphasize or
interpret events.
