I don't understand what JKR meant by "everyone dates the wrong
person". There still seems a good chance that Harry & Cho will get
together, and there's nothing to suggest that Hermione's and Viktor's
relationship won't thrive. Fleur never seemed to get over her coldness
to Ron, but then I don't think Ron was ever really partial to her -- He
seemed too busy being jealous of Viktor. (I think he -- Ron, I mean --
really likes Hermione.)

But still there are a lot of permutations and combinations now to
contemplate regarding possible parings of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Viktor,
Fleur, and Cho.

But where does this leave poor Ginny? Yet again, her character remains
undeveloped. Her hopes for snagging Harry seem to be fading fast...
