elder Weasleys are somewhere in their mid-late 40's due to the fact
they have children older than 18. Hagrid is around 64 years old (13
when kicked out, CoS opened again 50 years later, that was 2 years ago)
so he was most likely on the grounds working when Molly & Arthur were
students. Any takers?

I thought of this too. My feeling is that Hagrid was actually ASSISTANT
gamekeeper for a while, after all he was only 14 years old when he was
expelled from Hogwarts. He was probably Oggs assistant when the Weasleys
attended Hogwarts, which has to have been at least 25 years before Book 4.
