No, there's evidence that Lucius Malfoy is a Death Eater...the mark on
his arm. Snape had one, and showed it to Fudge, saying that it had been
growing darker and darker. Wouldn't Lucius Malfoy have one as well? Also,
if Lucius tries to return to "normal" wizard society and masquerade as
a non-Voldemort supporter, won't the mark give him away? Or does it fade?

I think that dear old Draco will stay at home with mommy Narcissa,
while Daddy goes off to help overthrow the world. I don't know if he'll
go to Hogwarts, though...I would assume so, at least until Voldemort
sets up an Academy for the Dark Arts. After all, Draco still needs
his wizarding education, and, despite the fact that Hogwarts had
Dumbledore as Headmaster, it's still the best wizarding school there
is. (I assume...) It's also Voldemort's alma mater, and probably Lucius
Malfoy's as well.

I'm going to stop rambling now....
