uh, wait..didn't harry at least *hear* the death eaters talking to Lord
Voldemort?? Because then right there he would know that Malfoy at least,
had to be Lucius Malfoy. I believe that he's never heard Narcissa speak
and I'm sure he already knows the difference between Lucius and Draco's
drawling voice.

And now the deatheater mark thing... Even if they do have that on
their arm, there is again the defence that most of these slime balls
have taken: that they were under spells when they did what they did,
and didn't know what they were doing. So even if Lucius has that mark
on his arm, it only proves that he was a death eater, but willingly or
not no one but Harry and whoever believe him will know the truth...
