Sorry about that. Seriously, each book that we read does have flaws,
and every person who joins this discussion is considered an adult (at
least mature enough to hold a decent conversation) and has an unique
viewpoint on them. I know that the books I have read, as an aspiring
author, I will dissect (or is it disect?) them for flaws, areas I myself
would have changed if I had written them, etc. This doesn't mean that
they don't hold hallowed spots on my shelves. It only means that I am
human, as are the writers themselves.
Even Brian, who holds an opinion that most here (about 99% of us!) are
completely opposed to, has a right to speak his mind about what he
perceives to be within Jo's books. He is an adult, and as long as he
continues to act as an adult he has the right to speak his mind.
We have the right to contradict his views, but not to harass him or
those view for they are his.
