I think Hollywood could screw up a movie about Bill Clinton. There have
been quite a few bombs made about books that I actually liked. They
always "rewrite" the book to fit the personality of the movie. Ever read
John Updike's Witches of Eastwick? Even though I adore Jack N's rant in
the church about woman, I do not recall a bit of that in the book! They
turned it into a tale of three town sluts who hook up with a devil, and
that's not the spirit the book was wrote with. I know there are others,
but at this second, I cannot recall them.
