You have the correct page: Malfoy Sr. tosses the sock; orders Dobby to
follow; Dobby refuses saying "Master threw it"; Malfoy yelling at Harry
"You've lost me my servant, boy!"

That makes it pretty obvious that Dobby belonged to the Malfoys.
