Hi Sheryll. Because I know the cover is the same, and the number pages
are the same (636), I'm pretty sure the UK and Canadian versions are
exactly the same.

Thanks for acknowledging those photos, although they were overwhelmingly
from Nick! Mine were just the few grainy, badly-lit ones.
