Charlie Weasley works with dragons in *Rumania*, which is overseas altho'
not the 'wide open spaces' that A. Rawa suggested (a suggestion that I
love!). I don't know if they are wild or 'captive' dragons -- I assume
there aren't any 'domesticated' dragons -- I wonder why Rumania?

And IIRC Quirrell went to *Albania* for field work in evil monsters:
why Albania?
