There's another article on JKR in Yahoo online entertainment news this
morning. There are two quotes that are worth posting:

"Rowling... wrote the final chapter of her seventh and final Potter saga
many years ago."
 [so at least we know that if catastrophe strikes our beloved JKR,
 she has left the answer to all our questions behind]

ALSO

"She has never made herself laugh writing the riotous books ''but I
have made myself cry.'' Without giving away the plot, she suggested her
devoted readers turn to page 579."

AACK! I'll bet she means page 579 of the British version. Dear cousins
across the water, please tell me what scene is on Page 579. In the USA
version it is the scene where Harry is guessing the passwords to get
into Dumbledore's office, which is obviously not a tear-inducing scene.
