series can you think of where the last five were worth nearly that the
first two?"

That may be so, but which film company would annoy an author when they
have only the rights to two of seven books. They would not assume that
their films will fail. They will expect them to be successful.

"Dick Van Dyke"

Mary Poppins was entioned during the interview. That is when JKR said
that WB seemed to be listening to her. When asked about Mary Poppins
and the film versions she replied that she did not want Dick Van Dyke
in her movie!
