As we're all on Summer Time or Daylight Saving time, we're all +1
relative to GMT. It's British Summer Time (BST) here, which is GMT+1,
but the relative gaps between the zones are the same because everyone
else is also an hour ahead.
John Walton's table is correct and 4pm Central Daylight time would be
9pm UK British Summer Time. 2pm-4pm on the calendar equates to 7pm to
9pm in the UK.
The chat sessions usually get going around 8pm UK time and carry on
until about 11pm. That would be 3pm-6pm Central Daylight time, 4pm-7pm
Eastern Daylight time etc.
Here's a link to the current (summer) time zones:

Incidentally, I live about 2 miles from Greenwich, where you can stand
with one foot on either side of the meridian. Spooky.
