Err...as someone who's had to deal with working this out for the past
seven years in order to phone home, the words "miniscule", "trifling",
"insignificant" and "cold day in Hell" come to mind.

Would it therefore make more sense to put the times in whatever time
the UK is using, rather than always GMT? Alternatively, it might even be
easier to use Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (-5 GMT) and do the maths
from there.

Just a thought.
