Question for the French lady (delwyn_march. Is your name Dorraine or
am I confused again?): how are JKR words like 'wizard', 'witch', and
'warlock' translated into French?
'Ah ploo' is my attempt to write your 'a plus' phonetically in American
writing (as said with an American accent). I guess 'a plus' would
translate as 'until next time' or 'see ya later'. (So far you seem to
understand EVERYTHING we've said in English: would someone signing off
their posts with "See Ya" confuse you?)
What I was taught in school, back during the reign of King Henry VIII
Tudor, he of the six wives, was A Bientot (tell me that only REALLY old
people who are totally out of everything still say A Bientot) which we
were to translate as "See ya soon".
