"Rumors have been flying, but it has now been confirmed that Tim will
take a lead role opposite Mark Wahlberg in Tim Burton's update of Planet
of the Apes set to begin filming in October and released next July
4th. Tim was in talks to take the role of Snape in the upcoming Harry
Potter movie, but that would create a scheduling conflict with Apes,
so it is unlikely that he will participate in that film now. Apes will
also feature Michael Clarke Duncan and Paul Giamatti."
