"A) Lily and Petunia Riddle (The "Harry, I am your *grand*father" theory)"

Far too obvious. I will be serverly dissapointed in JKR if this happens.

"B) Lily and Petunia Weasley (In which case they really *are* Harry's
true family)"

Then Dumbledore has lied, something which he says he will not do.

"C) Lily and Petunia Snape (In which Severus wasn't *in love* with Lily
but was her over-protective older brother, who hates James for "carrying
her off" and Voldemort for killing her, which he blames James for too.)"

Dumbledore describes James/Serverus as Harry/Draco. This would put them
in the same school year. James and Lily were Head Boy and Girl together. I
would be almost certain that this puts tem in the same school year. Hence
Serverus is unlikely to be an older brother. Maybe a twin, which could
explain the reasoning even more and also why Snape turned spy.

This would leave the question of why Snape hates Harry as they are then
related. Also leaving the question of families (as in B) and Dumbledore
lying.
