Well, I've always wondered if the "tiny old man" who hugs Vernon around
his middle was Prof. Flitwick, but who's to say? Besides, what time of
year is it? If it's not during summer holidays, then why would he be
celebrating down in London? McGonnagal, Dumbledore, and Hagrid are down
south because they're dropping off Harry, but there's no real reason
for Flitwick to be there. Anyway, that's my guess. :)
