"Anyone know where you can get costumes made? And if so, at what cost? I
think I will be Dumbledore - I have the blue eyes, but not the beard. I
wonder how much makeup will be needed to make me look old?"

** Is this for fun, Nick, or is it a lifestyle decision? They tend to
arrest old men with beards who pull out their wands in public...

** Myself, I was going to try for Minerva McGonagall, but I couldn't
get my hair into a bun. I have the glasses though, and I am a bit catty.

** Seriously, there's a big theatrical costumiers just off Charing Cross
Road - they also hire out stuff for fancy dress parties etc. It's called
'Angel and something' (a very HP-sounding name). If you want something a
bit less pricey, try one of the tacky fancy dress shops, like Escapade,
in Camden. They do good wigs.
