Now that you mention it, they don't exactly push the boat out here,
do they?
I went to Borders in Oxford Street to buy books 2 and 3 and couldn't
find them, at first, in the children's section. Then I looked round
and a modest and well-behaved pile of books cried out feebly, "here we
are!" I rescued a couple of them.
In WH Smiths, where I ordered book 4, the pile was even smaller and more
pathetic. It looked like it hadn't been fed for days.
It's that British reserve I guess, but I imagine there will be some
slightly more OTT activity in the run-up to 8th July.
