There will be no personal insults allowed. We will simply present our
argument with the following:

A detailed analysis of her claims, and the many discrepancies between
her claims and reality. Many of us have already done that-- why not post
it as sort of a table? Stouffer's claims on one side, our responses on
the other.

A link to the Unofficial Harry Potter club's "Muggle Sightings Page"
which has an extensive list of all the many uses of the word Muggle.

A link to the trademark directory (which is online-- forgot the link)
which reveals that there are five different businesses out there
pre-dating Stouffer which are using the word Muggle as a trademark. No
sign of Stouffer btw.

"In Search of Rah and The Muggles": a cool headed and journalistic
description of our efforts to find any evidence that Stouffer's works
have in fact been published, including documentation that it is not in
Books-in-Print or registered with the Library of Congress. Facts only.

And to tie it all up, a mission statement of sorts. You can certainly
talk about your own feeligns about Stouffer's outrageous and potentially
libelous claims and couch your remarks in "I" statements-- which means
you are talking about YOUR feelings rather than attacking her. We can
wrap it all up with our own pro-HP comments, and our own view of what
is really important here.

All of this might very well be wasted effort, and i certainly don't
want Stouffer to get this idea that she is "important". It is really
clear that this is a frivolous lawsuit. I guess I just find frivolous
lawsuits to be demeaning.

Thoughts?
