If you mean like a poll, there are sites for just that, such as
www.MisterPoll.com (which I used for the chat time survey on this list)
or the Quiz/Poll Network (which I used for the Prediction Poll on my web
site, though I'm afraid I don't have their web address at the moment). I
also came across www.freepolls.com, though I haven't tried it out. All
of them will set up the polls for you, and give you a link to put in
your web site.
