I have shopped now with a variety of online stores. I am, as I am British,
commenting on Amazon.co.uk, WHSmiths (a large UK bookshop that has moved
into online world) and jungle.com (computer stuff and music).

I have always found Amazon to be the quickest at getting stuff to me. I
haved ordered stuff around dinner time and had it the next morning even
though I only use the standard delivery option.

However I find that Amazon is not always the cheapest. Take, for interest,
the latest HP book. '8.24 from WHSmiths compared to '11.74 on a book
with recommended price of '14.99 (both prices include delivery). This
is quite a large difference and is by no means uncommon. At the end of
the day it seems to be down to chance as to which of the retailers have
the products at the cheapest price.

I will continue to shop at Amazon as I have always been impressed with
there service.
