I muchly wonder how MUCH they wear under their robes: we see Harry
putting on a t-shirt to wear under his Quidditch robe, but a t-shirt can
be underwear or outerwear. Do they wear boxer shorts or old-fashioned
bloomers or regular jeans under their robes?

We know that people can wear insane amounts of clothing despite the
heat if it's part of their culture: think of Victorian ladies and
gentlemen in all those layers in the summer in just about anywhere in
USAmerica. However, apparently Brits believe that it never gets hot in the
summer in Britain, and whenever a summer temperature goes up to 80F they
call it a heat wave and people die from the heat. However, my friend says
that they now have bought air conditioners (must be that global warming!)
