Another Annoying PoA Question

Hi:

I'm re-reading PoA, and I'm always wondering about the following (and
never had remembered to ever mention it):

When Harry storms out of the Dursleys house, he has his trunk (which has
been locked in the cupboard under the stairs) and Hedwig's cage and his
pillowcase full of books and birthday presents. And the clothes on his
back, which brings me to my question. What about the clothes that are in
his room? I'm sure his robes and most of his winter clothes are in his
trunk, which he takes with him. But, surely, he has clothes in his room?

This is probably one of those "just don't worry about it" sort of
questions. But, I always wonder everytime I re-read PoA. <g>
