I don't mind listening to dialect. I prefer that. I also hate movies with,
for example, a Robin Hood in Sherwood Forest who sounds like he's from
the Bronx.

As a literary device... nope. Well, perhaps when handled with great
skill. Part of the problem is that lots of authors do it phonetically but
we say things differently. Names and Thames do not rhyme to a British ear.

The audio tapes are that good, huh? Maybe I'll borrow them from you when
you're done.
