This story - fresh off the wire - says that there are four directors
under serious consideration.

Brad Siberling - City of Angels
Chris Columbus - Bicentennial Man
Allan Parker - Evita and Angela's Ashes
Terry Gilliam - 12 Monkeys and Brazil

Gilliam, who was a member of Monty Python's Flying Circus, has the most
striking sense of visuals of the group and would certainly make a very
diferent movie than the others would.

I think he's my prefered choice at the moment.
