Absurd is the word.

I have to assume that the author is an adult. Also I have to assume that
with the exception of this group and a few others that the majority of
Harry Potter fans are children.

So, tell me. What type of death threat can an 11 or 12 year old make?

"Stop suing J.K. Rowling or you'll eat my broccoli!"
"Stop suing J.K. Rowling or I'll have to cry on your car!"
"Stop suing J.K. Rowling or you'll get such a pinch!"

I'm sure that I could go on, but I think I've made my point.
