I've actually always seen Dobby as a very Yoda-like creature.

Meanwhile the Dementors are very reminicant of Darth Vader--minus the
mechanics. The height, the black cloak, the heavy breathing....

Or are the Dementors more like the Ring-Wraiths of Lord of the Rings?
