Snape hates Harry. Period. Everyone has told Harry that from year one on.
The only reason Snape has done anything beneficial for Harry is that he
has a debt to pay to Harry's father. Snape may actually be the most moral
person to come out of Slytherin. He actually lets his own conscience
get in the way of getting Harry. He, according to his own scruples,
protects Harry from REAL Danger. However, he still would love to see
Harry thrown out of Hogwarts.
The relationship between Harry and Malfoy is the same as the relationship
between Harry's Dad and Snape.
Until the Peter Pettigrew incident, Sirus Black was thought of as a very
trustworthy man. It was just that Harry's parents trusted the wrong
friend with their secret. Sirus was even the one that lent Hagrid the
motorcycle he rode to deliver Harry to the Dursleys. I don't think that
Sirus was one of the Slytherin.
