Dumbledore - Ian Richardson (or maybe Patrick Stewart)
Hagrid - Brian Blessed (and some camera tricks)
Prof Snape - Richard E Grant
Mr Dursley - Ray Winstone
Prof McGonagall - Prunella Scales

As if they'd bother what I think!
