I am NOT HAPPY. Today I went to my nearest Warner Bros Store (in
Kingston, Surrey, England) and found that the Harry Potter mugs and
T-Shirts were NOT available. In fact, the store staff knew nothing about
their existance!

WBSTORE.COM has these items available, and told me in an email where
some of the UK stores were.

Now I don't know what Jo has agreed to in terms of the distribution of
promotional items, but I am not impressed that the US has these items
before the UK, considering that the Harry Potter books are UK thing
origionally.

Warner Brothers UK, WBSTORE.COM will both be recieving a letter of
complaint from myself. I don't expect they will care - but you never
know, miricles might happen. At least WBSTORE could offer to send the
items post free to me - after all they told me they had stores in the UK
(I will of course pay for the items, plus customs charges). But, I doubt
they will do that.

On the WBSTORE site, it says the items are IMPORTED. Anyone know where
they are imported from?
