Everyone knows that McCartney died in the 1960s and
was replaced by some strange lifeform that writes
great tunes with lousy lyrics. That's why I like to
take songs like his and rewrite the lyrics to amuse
myself. No seriously, the whole was obviously greater
than the sum of the parts as far as the Beatles were
concerned.
I think that's what makes HP so interesting. There
are so many characters that the whole combination of
books is much more interesting than one single story.
It's different strokes for different folks, too.
Because the women seem to get into the relationships
and guys can get into the action scenes and others get
into the humor and kids actually get into reading.
The whole package is better than any one element.
