Wizard $ in Muggle World

As a worried father of 3 kids who will someday want to
go to college, I am surprised that Vernon doesn't see
the advantage of Harry in Wizard School yet.  He
disappears from view for 9 months every year and it
doesn't cost Vernon a penny.  Now what more can a
disgruntled foster parent ask for?
