Hi Neil and all

> When I receive e-mails to my in-box, it sorts them by date, but the
messages seem to be out of order.

Strange... seems OK to me, but not been on the eGroup list long - so
didn't get Lori's welcome message.

eGroups is posting files using EDT. Maybe Outlook or whatever you
are using got confused (it happens to computers as well as humans)
and just converted the time wrong. Out of interest, did the message
appear an hour in front / behind, or was it just by minutes?

Also, another possibility is that when posting the message, the
date/time may be incorrectly set on the senders computer. If the
system Penny is using is running at the wrong time, then it could
easily produce messages out of time order.

Just some suggestions.

Nick.
